We understand that every family is different, each with unique health care needs. That's why we offer a number of enhancements to the services and benefits we offer our members. New members receive a welcome call from a Lovelace Salud! representative. This is an opportunity to ask us questions and for us to help identify any additional needs you may have so we can help you make the most of your benefit package.
Members with special health care needs are contacted by our qualified, outstanding team of case managers and/or nurses in our disease management department. Lovelace case managers are dedicated to the health and overall well-being of our members.
Lovelace Salud! has an impressive disease management program designed to meet the needs of New Mexicans. This is a telephonic program available to members throughout the state of New Mexico.
In addition to the standard benefit package, Lovelace Salud! provides additional benefits to include:
